Hi,

Has anyone used 1800hotels.com to make a booking? Their prices are very good but you have to pay in full at the time of booking. I am only looking at booking one night in London. I have googled for reviews of the site but I can only find one - which was good. Just wondered if any of you good folks have used them and did you find they were ok?

Hi owlet,
a couple of friends of mine have actually booked with 1800HOTELS.com and have recommended I use them for future bookings. Upongoogling, I also found a facebook fanpage (facebook.com/1800hotels) it has a pretty solid fanbase and fans boast of their wonderful experiences.

I did book with them in the end for a visit to London a couple of weeks ago. The service was very good. I booked two rooms at a London hotel and saved a fortune on the price, which included breakfast. I was also pleasantly surprised that we were in standard rooms, not the budget rooms. I would definitely recommend them.
