Hi there
It does not matter if you have a DMP or not, it makes no difference, your only reclaiming what is rightfully yours if you were mis sold the PPI for any reason.
To start, if you cannot find the account numbers when you go for reclaiming, you can check your bank statements or online banking for when the repayments were made, the loan account numbers should be next to the repayments.
You could actually request for copies of the agreements for each loan, by enclosing a £1 for each one payable by either postal order or cheque payment, they should supply by 12 days of you requesting these.
These agreements should disclose all loan details and of PPI if that was taken out as well.
Post all letters by recorded delivery.
(You may need to supply some personal details to request the copies of the agreements), if you no loan account numbers to help them track them down.
Such as the address where you lived at the time of purchasing the loan, surname if it were different then, and also write in your Date of birth, all this information will make it easier for them to track down your information.
For even more paperwork you could send a Subject access request (SAR), but there is a charge of £10 postal order or cheque payment for this request, but you only pay £10 to cover everything they must supply to you under your account you had with them.
They have 40 days to comply with this request, again post by recorded delivery and link to SAR template here:

Will post you some information on PPI reclaiming separately not to confuse matters, good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

As promised in my above post of PPI reclaiming, if your not sure on how this is done at this time, check this link here for info and templates:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance
Check all the information out on the above link and if any of the reasons occur to you then apply them to the reclaiming template letter, there maybe other reasons you have that are not shown on the link so add them as well.
They have 8 weeks to respond in full.
Another letter maybe required if they respond but do not resolve your complaint, where they should confirm that you can write back with more information to ask them to reconsider.
There is a 2nd template in the link to help you through this, but you can just write your own if you wanted to, such as you still stand by your reasons on the first letter you send dated XX/XX/XXXX and wish for them to reconsider.
In the final response they should give you details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS), if your not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint you may have the opportunity to take your complaint to them.
Keep at them and as your on DMP, not sure how this works but your still able to reclaim what is rightfully yours, good luck and post up for help when required and keep us posted.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
