Can you still clame Bank Charges

Hi everyone
Can you still clame Bank Charges?
I was going to put a clame in about a year or so ago, but I heard they had them on hold(or something)
I have quite a few hundred to clame, Will they still work out how much they owe me, I know they may charge but I think It will be worth it.
Please advise (and give me some links pleeeease)
ps, I am with HSBC

See martins article on the main site under reclaim 1000's. Basically you can claim but unless your in financial hardship the bank won't look at it until a decision has been made by ombudsman.Halifax £744 and coming down
