Hi , the company that appears is CONDE NASTE PUBS, they debited £9.90 from me on the 29th of march.
Hope this helps.0 -

Hmmm! I emailed on Friday and still haven't had a repy as to whether or not I will get a refund. I certainly hope I will as they seem to be refunding everyone else!0 -

Don't hold out any hope for it.
I subscribed to this on 22nd February and after receiving my first issue and no gift I sent an email asking about my perfume and when it would be delivered. I received a reply stating that it was enroute. 3 weeks later there was still no perfume. After hearing that several people were being told that this had run out I called Customer Services to be told that this was true and as it was a limited offer I hadn't qualified and would receive nothing! I then sent another email staing the contradictions between both pieces of information and asking for an alternative gift or a refund. This is what I received back:
Thank you for your recent email.
Please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving your gift.
I can confirm that your gift has been despatched and I am sorry this has not
been received. Unfortunately due to the overwhelming response to this offer,
stock has now been exhausted and I am unable to send another. However, I have
extended your subscription by 2 issues, which will now expire with the despatch
of the MAR 2007
I am truly sorry for the disappointment this has caused and trust the action
taken meets with your approval.
What a load of rubbish! I know that other people are being refunded so I shall now have to send another email requesting this instead. I am really disappointed because this is the first mag subscription I have taken out and don't feel too hopeful about my Zest one now either!0 -
Just to update I moaned by email & have finally been offered a refund. This is what they said:Thank you for taking the trouble to contact us and please allow me to explain.
All our offers are subject to availability as gifts are supplied in limited stock. The offer, which you responded to, was originally restricted to a carefully selected number of names and addresses.
Unfortunately, it appears that one recipient of the exclusive and personal letter decided to publish the offer and its specific code on an unauthorised website.
With the unexpected number of people registering for the offer, the stock was rapidly exhausted and it is unfortunate that as a result we are unable to provide you with the initial gift or a replacement item.
We hope that you will be satisfied with the subscription extension that we offered and that you will remain one of our valued reader. However, if you decide to cancel, please send us your confirmation either by email at glamour@subscription.co.uk or by mail using our Freepost
address: Glamour, Tower House, Freepost WD2064 Leicestershire LE16 7BR, and we will arrange for a refund corresponding to the unmailed portion of your subscription.
Please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you have been caused.
Maybe the moral is that if it seems too good to be true it probably is!0
