Glamour subscription & free Givenchy perfume

Has anyone else had the letter today saying that they've run out of perfume & you can have two extra issues to make up for it? I am not impressed as there was nothing in the subscription form or emailed receipt saying that there might not be enough & it's taken them a month to figure it out after taking the money from my account... :sad:

I got an email saying that it was being sent and then when I called today I was told that it had been oversubscribed and I hadn't qualified for one. I have sent an email asking for my money back and subscription cancelled or an alternative gift.0

I did this offer and am trying to cancel the DD before they take any money:(...does anyone know what it shows up as on youre online banking DD screen? Which company owns it? :mad:

I emailed them after yesterday afternoon asking for a replacement gift or refund and they replied within an hour apologising and saying they will refund my card. Can't complain. Thanks to trinnylilac and 4richa4pora for posting the contact details.
