Glamour subscription & free Givenchy perfume

Has anyone else had the letter today saying that they've run out of perfume & you can have two extra issues to make up for it? I am not impressed as there was nothing in the subscription form or emailed receipt saying that there might not be enough & it's taken them a month to figure it out after taking the money from my account... :sad:

    I got an email saying that it was being sent and then when I called today I was told that it had been oversubscribed and I hadn't qualified for one. I have sent an email asking for my money back and subscription cancelled or an alternative gift.

    I called this afternoon and have been told perfume was sent on the 28th. Not convinced I'm going to get it.
  • I got the same letter today, does anyone know where to address the letter to write back to them as there are no details on the letter.

    I emailed them after yesterday afternoon asking for a replacement gift or refund and they replied within an hour apologising and saying they will refund my card. Can't complain. Thanks to trinnylilac and 4richa4pora for posting the contact details. ;)
