Fitting alloys to a Citroen C1 - help

Does anyone know if 15" 195/50/15 alloys will fit a Citroen C1? I've read different things. Some say they will rub the arches on full lock but there seems to be a lot of people selling them claiming they will fit.

it will depend largely on the offset of the wheel whether they will rub or not....work permit granted!0
