On thetrainline.com the journey departing early morning on 10th July and returning anytime on 20th July is coming in at around 80.50 per person assuming they have a senior railcard.
Or you can depart Edinburgh 6am arrive 12.13 with two changes and the depart Farnborough 10.16 arrive back 16.27 and buy two singles for 75.55. Again assuming they have a railcard.0 -
An alternative would be to take advantage of NXEC's online discount.
Outward Journey: Departing: 19:00, Arriving: 01:58.
Std Class Advance Single, Cost per person: £36.95
Return Journey: Departing: 05:16, Arriving: 11:32.
Std Class Advance Single, Cost per person: £36.95
No railcard needed.
Or to put it another way... If you have a railcard, knock a third of these fares.
Also avoids the trainline's charges.
See the NXEC website for details.0
