complaint about motability + dealer

Hi

Just want to get people's views. I am onto my 5th motability car. The last change over was a complete mess from beginning to end with the dealer, adaptations and motability, it resulted in car being delayed 3 months. I got no compensation or even a sorry! Is it worth complaining???

    hiya,

    I had a car only because I was using the same dealership. I has no contact from Motability to check this. I would have been without a car if I had been changing to a different dealer due to the nature of my adaptations. Want to complain because others may not be so lucky.
