Girlfriend moving in and House Insurance

Good afternoon! My girlfriend's moving in with me on 30 June and I'd like some advice on if I have to inform Zurich, who I have my current home insurance policy with? I've checked the cover and I've got £50k so that should cover both of our possessions, I'm just wondering if they'll put my premium up as there will be two people to break things in my house as oppossed to currently just the one, me! Also, I believe that they charge a £25 admin fee is they send out new documents, even though I downloaded and printed my current insurance certificate myself! Help anyone?
Thanks! David

You'll need to let Zurich know that there is an extra person in the house - this is one of the questions they ask when you take out a policy. I couldn't say if it would have an effect on the price but can't really imagine it would be very large. Assuming you have Zurich insurance (as oppose to Zurich Connect), there is no administration fee for making changes to any of their car/home insurance policies.0

Thanks for your advice, I'll get onto them tomorrow. It is Zurich Insurance I have so it's nice to know they won't charge me for printing my policy myself! Thanks again.0

Their call centres are open until 5pm on Sunday, so you could call them today if you want to.0

Also, they'll send out documents in the post when you make a change. You won't be given the option of printing your own (this is due to the way their internet system works).0
