My husband and I are heavily in debt and considering an IVA, but we have just seen an advert thet appears to be too good to be true, that might help us.
A company called Fair Credid Agreements UK talk about a new legisalation that can write off unsecured debts. Refering to aggrements before April 2007, claining they could be unenforceable and could be 100% written off and even payments re-claimed.
Can this be true or some sort of con please?
