Sofa proection plan

Hi, hope someone out there has experienced the same problem with this company. I purchased a protection plan for my two sofas bought from a leading retailer no free advertising here needed !! My first request for help was to receive a bottle of cleaning solution, a little pricey I thought the policy was £150.00 in total for the two sofas purchased. Used the solution not fantastic, just lived with it. Then a couple of weeks ago my little girl accidentally shook her baby cup of milk on the sofa. I promptly reported it to Valspar industries who now tell me that because I didn't telll them promptly enough they can do nothing for me. Every time any spillages occurred I used the solution they sent to me, which was infact useless. Now alll I want is something for my money - like a representative to come to assess the damage. Just wish I'd kept my money in my pocket !!!!!!:money:
