    Shes trying it on

    I don't know why??
It didn't fit the first time. :D

Sorry, if the item was listed correctly (sizewise), just ignore the buyer.

You don't have to refund postage. I would also offer a refund excluding postage as buyers can raise a "significantly not as described" dispute via paypal and then they get a full refund. I've had this happen to me and these sort of disputes tend to always go in favour of the buyer.
Whilst a buyer can raise a significantly not as described claim with Paypal, paypal will investigate the claim and see on what grounds the item is significantly not as described.

In this instance, from the evidence so far available, it appears the item was accurately described by the seller. As long as the size, if given, accurately reflects the item supplied, then it can't be snad on that basis. If no size was given, then again it cannot be snad - buyer beware.

Nowt to stop the buyer saying (wrongly) that it was damaged etc and not as described. Will get a refund on postage too.

She's had her night out with your top now she wants her money back. Clothing for free? Assuming all listed correctly then its up to her to make sure it will fit her before she buys.

Mostly terrible advice so fat (I mean far) in this thread. Yes mabe your buyer thinks they are a size 12 and they are a 16. Unfortunatley Paypal don't care and will refund them if they raise a SNAD. Just give them their money back and block them. If they demand you pay return postage and you don't mind getting a neg then tell them to open a Paypal dispute. That's the reality of the situation I'm afraid. Paypal are not going to ask her to post pics of her belly in support of her claim.
  • Tell her to buy the size she is, not the size she wants to be.
