Acronym for 'Route To Credit Control'. Have you got Call Barring on the line, as it may have something to do with that?

no i aint got barring on my line, its a normasl residential line yes. i was late paying my bill to.
so i have got 23 quid of extra charges

just fiound out off bt, it was a reconnection charge.
like pressing a button costs £11.50. anyway they have taken the charge off
now i will try and get the late payment charge off tomorrow0 -
Its all too easy to forget to pay a bill, why not set up a standing order so it doestn happen again. Next time they wond be so lenient.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
