Warrant of execution -please help urgent

hi. i need some urgent advice please. i have a recieved a warrant of execution today for overpaid housing benefit. what can i do as i have to find £165.25 by thursday and i just can't do it. i've read about having the warrant suspended and arranging a paynent plan. has ever heard or done this?? i know i got myself into this and it's my own fault. any info greatly recieved urgently please. cheers, tina

3 weeks ago you spent £520 on paving flags for your garden. I know because I saw the thread about the %15 off at B&Q.
Are you sure you can't find £165 given how serious this is?

thanx for the advice. i foned the city council and they have arranged a payment plan and suspended the warrant of execution.
