Hi,
I'm after a bit of advice really, after requesting i have just received a copy of my credit card agreement with mbna and it shows that i put a tick in the box requesting NOT to have ppi applied to my account, but looking at my statements they have been applying ppi to it, i took out the credit card agreement in 2001 and know i have not asked for ppi to be added during the term of my agreement.
Where do you think i should go from here?
Do you think i have a good chance of claiming my ppi payments back?
thanks

Hi Huck
Definately try to reclaim as you have a good case here.
Write to them by giving them 8 full weeks to respond, and keep on at them until you receive either an offer, if your happy with it then fair enough, if not then write back to ask them to reconsider, in the final response they should give details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS), if your not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint.
Follow the reclaiming guidelines here on the link below with letter reclaiming templates, write your own reasons in the template and post by recorded delivery, good luck.;)

Does not matter if the account is settled or still active, please keep us posted and ask for further help if required. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
