Cavity Wall Insulation £189 (No benefits)

Options
I looking for Cavity Wall insulation on my property, and I am not eligible for free insulation.

I've found 'tescoinsulation.com' offering insulation for £189.

Is this a good price, or does anyone know of any better deals ?

Thanks in advance

    Thanks.

It is actually 'Affordableenergy.co.uk' that was £189.

I have been looking on the internet and have found the following so far:

    affordableenergy - £189
    tescoinsulation - £198
    EDF Energy - £199

    Any other opinions/suggestions ??

    Thanks again

£89 if you live in the South Ribble area, and thats for a 4 bed detached house

have to go through the council, but thats what I was quoted and others have paid recently

Have you tried via your energy supplier?

Paid £150 with Npower for mine and it was a fixed price based on type of house. The max was £200 I think.
  • The price will depend on the size of your property and whether it's detached, semi, or terraced. Call your local council they may well have a sponsored scheme for a good price.
