Can you reclaim PPI when you are in default?

We are making regular payments on a loan which is in default and with Blair & Oliver - is it possible to reclaim the PPI ( no claim was made) or have it taken off the balance of our remaining debt ?

The loan was a complete rip off, sold to my girfriend when she was in a very vulnerable emotional state - we would love to get something off these vultures

And yes to what I know of you can, it makes no difference at all.;)

Keep at them until you receive the Final response, where they should give details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS) if eligible.;)
Post all letters by recorded delivery.
