New Router-what do the stats mean?

I've just installed a new router (Xyzel P660HW) after my old Linksys one died. All seems to be working OK, but could someone please interpret my router stats and advise what they are telling me? Thanks.
speedtest.net is giving me 3.78Mbps downstream and 0.37 Mbps upstream-fairly typical for a Saturday evening on this line-I peak at about 5.8 Mbps at quieter times.
Router stats are:
DSL Line Status:
noise margin upstream: 24 db
output power downstream: 19 db
attenuation upstream: 20 db
noise margin downstream: 6 db
output power upstream: 12 db
attenuation downstream: 35 db

I can explain 1!
Attenuation is a measure of the length and quality of the line and hence is a measure of how good the speed will be.
