Marbles Credit Card

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me please. For a number of years I had a Beneficial Credit card which I paid off each month with the money reaching Beneficial prior to the date requested by them, and no interest payment was requested by Beneficial.
Beneficial was taken over by Marbles in January this year and the final payment made to Beneficial in March. Since Marbles have taken over they now charge me interest every month even although I clear the account each month and the money reaches them prior to the due date. Can someone explain this to me please.
I have other credit cards that I also pay off each month but they don't charge me interest.
Thanks
Froz

£1.28 in April but when I rang up and queried it they said "opps sorry we've made a mistake" and refunded it in the May account. In the May account they've charged £6.07.I often have a senior moment

Do you / have you used this for anything like paypal or money bookers? No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

I used it for paypal in March but I don't know what "money bookers" is
Money bookers is used to transfer money, or pay people, sort of similar to paypal.
The reason your paying interest is that your card now sees paypal as a cash transaction / withdrawal - therefore you pay interest from the transaction date until the balcne is paid in full.No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

I wouldn't have thought the paypal transaction in March had anything to do with it as it was only for 96p.I often have a senior moment
