If you cancel they will bill you for ALL outstanding months you were committed to., The 3LH loophole depends on whether you signed up BEFORE they showed that this was a promotional tariff and could be removed at any time. In which case no loophole will exist for you.
You can pick up a 3 Skype Phone S1 on eBay for £25 or so - use your SIM AND get free Skype calls too when you enentualy switch to PAYG!0
