WTC Credit - Disability Element

I wonder if anyone can help please?

I started part time work 3 months and am claiming WTC with a large portion of it being the Disability Element as I also receive DLA.

Prior to working I was in receipt of HB so I gave them my amended details to re-assess my case. It has been 2 months now since I gave them my payslips and I am still awaiting a decision.

Does anyone know whether the Disability Element of WTC will be included in the assessment or is this also not means tested like DLA?

The disability element of my working tax credit was included as income during my assessment for housing benefit.

Thanks for that Lalique, I was unsure as DLA is not means tested so presumed the disability aspect of wtc wouldn't be either.
