more charges since my case was stayed

Taking abbey to court and same as everyone else the case is stayed etc..
since the dates on my claim abbey have charged me a further £350,, is this amount covered by my original claim or do i now need to put in a seperate claim for this amount through the courts

    No you can start a new claim with Abbey for the new charges so that they acknowledge and log your complaint with them.
