i know it proably says on that google whatsit, but larding is when you thread strips of fat through a piece of meat to keep it moist during cooking... ive never done it myself though...0

Gonna fry it up for supper - will report back if it was awful.
I used to love those sausages and I have never seen them here in sa - I was so excited in the shop to see it - and then that comment on the package threw me :rotfl:
