I don't qualify for hardship as i earn 50k plus. i have written two letters to F Direct. Is it worth doing it through moneyclaim? or will i be forced to wait years and then be told 'no' by the governemnt

nobody?
seriously, shall i 'get in the queue with moneyclaim' or wait to see what govt say?0 -
If you go to court a stay will be put on the hearing until the outcome of the test case. If the test case has unfavourable results you will have lost your court fee. If it has favourable results you will get your money - but so will those who didn't go to court.0

The government has nothing to do with the legal test case. There is a test case going through the courts at the moment. You don;t have to go to court since your claim is already logged and acknowledged by the bank.0
