    Large bowl of LF Greek Yoghurt with blueberries, strawberries, black grapes, apricot and two squares of black chocolate cracked into it for Brekkie. lovely.
    Down to 16st 7 now, thats 7lb in two weeks, chuffed!

    Bookie - one day something inside you will snap and you will go do you know what - I haven't got it so what is the point of this phone call.....the day will come.

    However ring the bank constantly and insist on speaking to someone and make a note of their name and the time and date you called. It will come in handy...
