Didn't go for my run.I cancelled in a fit of temper after stupid comment from OH who then apologised and said of course I could go for a run (like I need permission :rotfl:)
But I didn't feel brilliant when I got up so I watched Jonathon Ross and then went back to bed with a cup of tea and a colin mcbride book and didn't get out of bed till just now....

It does indeed - it happened before but I just uninstalled the windows antivirus software and it went away. This time it won't let me uninstall it and keeps blocking pages, generating error reports and generally being a pain
