Buying a repossession - eviction date next week

False hope that this (the OP) person can solve their problem for them.
To solve their problem, not give false hope, could only be done by somebody in a position to move immediately on the matter and overcome all obstacles in a timely and professional manner befitting the circumstances.
The OP appears to have said "Hey, I'll buy your house", then wandered onto the Internet to a forum to find out how.0 -

I havent given the lady who may be getting evicted false hopes, that I will buy her house. She has provided me with information and if there is sufficient time I would want to buy the property.

You need to find how well progressed this eviction is. If its a court hearing, you can accompany the lady and tell the jusge you are in the process of buying the property so request that the repossession order be suspended. You should do this even if the lender tells you outside the court that they won't persue - don't rely on them.
If the reposession order has already been granted, you and the lady can go back to court and get it set aside. There is a form starting with the letter 'N' that you need. The court officials will help you.
If the lady is past that stage and baliffs are about to appear, it may be all too late. I agree. I took the OP's words to mean it's bailiffs on Tuesday. She actually said "the eviction date is on tuesday."No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
It is possible for the person who is about to be evicted to make an application to the court to suspend the warrant to give time for the sale to proceed. The form is N244 and the fee is £35.00 (unless in receipt of any benefits or on a low income see here for more info). Court offices are open from 10-4 and she would need to go there tomorrow to make the application and then a hearing will be scheduled for Tuesday morning which she will need to attend.
