the fact that it is logged means that the device has not known what to do with the incoming packet and DROPPED it. No answer back to the host that requested access to the port.
It won't stop the remote machine trying - and I'm sure another machine will be along in 5 minutes to knock on the same doorBot-infested world that we surf in....

Lob - it's a udp port... connectionless. so does not matter if it drops it or returns it.
