Tall booster seat for child required - are they made?

Folks :-
I am driving back from London to Stockport on Sunday in a Vectra with my 3 year old son sharing the back seat with a 14 and 22 year old. If I put my son in his baby seat things are going to get a bit squashed and the booster seat I have for him (useful at meal times) raises him (at a guess) 4 inches but that's not enough to prevent the seat belt from going round his throat if he lifts his arm.
Is there a tall car booster seat manufactured or a skinny stage 2 / 3 child car seat or something else available to solve this problem?
