Thanks for the gratuitous insult. It is most charming. I too have had my days working long hours, have had children, in fact all the difficulties and worries you write of. One thing we are in accord about is that poor service should be shown up, but once again we have to accept our own responsibilties as well to keep our affais in order.

BTW if you want to talk about easy lives, how about equalling having a cancer op in 2000 and a quad heart bypass in 2003?
