not sure what to do now!

Hi i need some advice i did everything I was told to do on this website and finally got the letter from ombundsman with the banks offer which I have accepted. So after working it all out and sending it back I got another letter from the ombundsman saying that it was all sorted and I should wait to hear from the bank which could take couple of weeks (fair enough).
the problem is according to my calculations that supposedly have all been accepted the rest of my loan has been cleared I have heard nothing from the bank and they still took the repayment out of my account by standing order which I have tried to cancel but they have told me I cannot.
Can they do this I have the letter from the ombundsman which I sent in with a letter requesting they cancel the standing order if they continue to take the payments still with PPI then my calculations that I worked out and they accepted are no longer going to be relevant what do I do ??

I would to be honest let the FOS know about this matter, they may try to find out what is going on for you, meanings they have been dealing with them anyway.
So ring them on Monday, explain your situation and ask if they are able to contact them on your behalf.
They should be able to.
