Brushes for bottom of garden gates.

We have a blind cat who loves to be outdoors and makes no attempt to climb but we have a 3" (7cm) gap under the double driveway gates which I know he would be able to get under because the other cats used to do it before he was born. I'm fed up of barricading the bottom of the gates as it makes it difficult to open them so, I'm looking to buy a door draught brush strip like the ones in Wickes and B & Q, but with longer bristles of about 3" - 4" (6 - 8cm) long.
I've found a couple of industrial websites but does anyone know of anywhere a member of the public can order from?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the suggestion but as we open the gate the gap then becomes more like 1" - 2" so I thought the brushes would just bend up when the gate is opened.DEBT FREE BY 60Starting Debt 21st August 2019 = £11,024

Can you not lower the gates by rehanging them? Admittedly, more work than adding something to the bottom of the gates, but for someone with a bit of drill know-how (shock horror, even me, and I am a mere female) can drill four new holes. We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.0

How about a strip of black rubber matting fixed to the bottom of the gate. This will flex to fill the gap available. Just a thought.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
Why not by some of the reed fence cover and use that?0

I guess we could but the gates are 6' tall and pretty heavy... I don't think I want to try that. but thanks anyway. Why not by some of the reed fence cover and use that?
The gates are solid wooden ones fitted by a local company so it's just underneath the gate that is the problem.
I think I'll buy the shorter draught brush strips and screw them to an additional piece of wood, which I can stain the same colour as the gates. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.DEBT FREE BY 60Starting Debt 21st August 2019 = £11,024
