T Mobile Incorrect number of minutes remaining costs me £30

Hey
just wondered if anyone else has had a similar problem, and knows how to sort it.
I text T-mobile to ask how many minutes I had left and they said 46 or something like that. I then made a few calls. Less than 24 hours later, I check back and see £36 in charges for making about 30minutes worth of calls.
Anyway I rung them up and said Why. They said "you have made X amount of calls over your allowance" I told them I had had this text message and she said "The system takes 72 hours to update" so i said "Ok, then what was the last on my phone according to you, (having just made one 2 minutes ealier". She says "at 10 past 5 today sir." "Exactly, well thats not 72 hours then is it."
So, acording to them I'm about 100 minutes over, at 29p per minute it comes to about £36. well my contract for 800mins, unlimited texts and internet is £35.
So as you can imagine i will be leaving the network in the near future and would not suggest it to anyone.

29p per minute? Where were you calling?
And how can 100 minutes at 29ppm equal £36? When I was at school it would have been £29...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
