Please Help IM BEING MADE REDUNDANT

hi all
ok this is pretty long so bear with me and pls help if at all possible
i found out i was at risk of redundancy -- so did 2 others
last week i got told it was me out of a pool of 3
the scoring was done and i was the lowest score of the 3
skills absentees and disipline
i was the supervisor in dept.
after 3 conseltations i had my 1st appeal
basically i liste around 18 greivances most going over the same sort of thing--but a little diff.
ill try and brush over this
my job isnt being made redundant
1 of the guys in my pool hasnt worked in the dept (other than 2 hrs in 4 years)
the other guy worked p/t in my dept. and another dept
this guy has been offered training left right and centre--i havent even after asking which affects my skill score
this other guy rings up sick on 2 occasions and gets told hed better take them as hols not sick---i didnt get this advice effecting score
a lot of the points points to favouritism
i had no prper contract
also i started on agency for a temp to permanant basis for the 1st 3 months so ive worked for the firm for 4 years and 2 months but they are saying the 1st 3 months dont count as it was agency so u r only getting 3 years redundancy even tho i thought agency counts towards the length
the guy who had a big say in the set up of matrix also did the score who is also my boss who i complained about 2/3 years ago for work place bullying who never basically saw eye to eye with. he did however get along with the other guy in the pool really well. basically meaning it was an ideal oppurtunity to get rid of me
i havent been given equal oppurtunities as everyone else

i have skipped a lot but id be here for ages
is there any way that i could take this further
please help
