reclaiming bank charges while on payplan agreement

does anyone know if it is still possible to claim back old bank/credit card/loan charges while in an agreed payplan setup?

i no longer have an account with the bank i want to claim from, but still paying off overdraft and charges through payplan

    Yep, but please remember that the amount claimed back may well be used to reduce your overall debt to them(which is a good thing anyway).
