Clydesdale Bank & Hardship Cases

Has anyone on this forum claimed bank charges, as per Hardship rules, from the Clydesdale Bank?
I originally raised my claim last January and they delayed and delayed it til - luckily for them! - the OFT ruling came in and the whole claim was frozen. I am claiming over £8500 over three accounts!!
Myself and my husband have been experiencing significant financial challenges and now struggle to pay all our bills each month and have even had to ration our food shopping! I have written to Clydesdale citing financial hardship and they have responded saying that they will investigate and get back to me. That was last week.
I haven't seen much Clydesdale activity on here so thought I would just act directly!
Thanks in advance Guys!!
Cheers

Was that a standard claim or a hardship claim? I did the standard claim in January 08 and then the hardship last week.0
