Paragon/Freedom Finance - is anyone claiming from them?

Hi There!

I just wondered if there was anyone on this forum who has or had a loan from Paragon Personal Finance/Freedom Finance and is reclaiming PPI.

I have yet to find anyone who has been successful in their claim from either of these companies, but if some has or is hopeful, please shout out!

I have been working away at my claim for over a year now, but with no luck yet, however, I am hopeful - as I know that my claim is valid!!

Have you checked on the above Success thread as well?

I'm sure there have been many who have reclaimed and also been successful.

As you may know you actually write to the broker who arranged you the finance, not the lender unless the lender sold you the finance.

For more information on reclaiming, check this link here to help you through this, with templates, just write your own reasons, they have 8 weeks to respond in full.
Keep on at them until you receive the final response and post all letters by recorded delivery, good luck and post for help when required, also keep us posted.;)
