I started claiming my bank charges back from halifax in about 2007 they refused to pay back so i started to take them to court which was then put on hold . I have still heard nothing and don't know if we can ask again for my money back on the grounds of hardship or do i need to wait till the court respond to me ?
The amount is around £1900
