Lloyds TSB - NOT their account?!

Hi I recently sent a letter with £10 to get a list of charges back on 4 closed accounts we held at Lloyds TSB.
They have returned my letter and cheque replying that "unfortunately we are unable to accept this payment as you have requested documents for an account we do not manage"
I know I put the correct account numbers in my letter as it came from their past correspondence.
 I find LTSB enough trouble as it is but What can I do now?
Thanks

Failure is only someone elses judgement.
Without change there would be no butterflies.
If its important to you, you'll find a way - if not, you'll find an excuse ! ~ Easy to say when you take money out of the equation!

On the letter it should have a telephone number, give them a call and say you have put the correct account details and have had your request returned and see what details they specifically are asking for to complete your request.0 -
