rip off transco prices

is their anyone who would supply gas to a house that is run by electric only other than Transco that have quoted £548 for about 5 meters worth of pipework from door to mains supply.Are transco ripping me off

    no its very unlikley there are a few ipgt around but they wont put a supply line in. you will have to pay transco prices or not have gas
