nope arsenal fan in this case they are only letting the credit card holder into the show and it also makes it quite clear that tickets can't be transferred.0

how rubbish is that if you don't have a credit card like me.surely they are not gonna look over every single ticket when people are going into the venue
also i booked with ticketmaster and i thought the card bit was referring to booking with american express as they got priority.it's misleading
just spotted this on ticketmaster..my husband will be so pleased NOT

to be fair it's to stop ticket touts and they ask you to tick the terms and conditions before it goes throughhow rubbish is that if you don't have a credit card like me.surely they are not gonna look over every single ticket when people are going into the venue

Hi everyone,
I emailed customer services at the O2 yesterday, explaining that I used my husband's credit card to book the tickets but that I would be bringing my daughter. I have had an email back saying that if I bring my husband's credit card to the venue and show it at the door I should be allowed to take my daughter in, no problem.
So, basically, I am going to take the tickets, his credit card, my ID to prove the names are the same and a copy of the email from the O2. I reckon that should about cover it!! Might be worth emailing too if you're in the same situation?
I have to say I completely agree with the other posters who have complained about the price of the tickets. They are over priced but I was at a loss as to what to buy my daughter for her 11th birthday pressie and I knew she'd absolutely love this. Lot of money to watch her on a big screen though as we're right at the back. Oh well......0 -

Ah! What a nice big brother!! Wish I hadn't had to pay for them
. I was thinking of booking the same travelodge for the night too. It's either that or the Holiday Inn Express which is walking distance but also loads more expensive!! 0 -
I have a friend working at the men in manchester, althought it does state the card holder has to be present, they have been told by men that it will be impossible to implement this on the night and it is only being used to stop tickets being sold on at silly prices.
the reality of everyone collecting the tickets on the day is just impossible to pull of.0 -
For anyone not grumpy like me and still prepared to fork out for this, I've just had an email through saying that two new dates have been added at the O2 London - December 19th and 20th. They go on presale to fan club members tomorrow and on general sale Friday at 9am.
Good luck - and take a deep breath before you reach for your credit cards!
