Hello
This is Penny-Pinchers other half. Havent been on this site much but am addicted already. She is in hospital at the moment and as she asked me to leave a message in the old style section, thought I would have a muse elsewhere. Its great!
Today I will be spending £3 on a roll for the missus as she hates hospital food and have taken some jeans back which means I have been refunded £15. In credit today so far.
Mr Penny-Pincher!!To repeat what others have said, requires education, to challenge it,requires brains!FEB GC/DIESEL £200/4 WEEKS0 -

Hi Mr PP!! Nice to meet you, welcome to MSE!:hello: Give your missus our regards xx
Today I was supposed to get my road tax (£60.50) but DS2 just got sent home from school (again!!) cos he's sick so it will have to wait until tomorrow!Mortgage-free wannabe!0 -
No spend to day hopefully my 2nd in a row!!
 Just been on the phone to work, needed to put expenses claim in by tomorrow at latest to claim for £75 they owe me or I lose it. I am on annual leave at the moment but did some overtime last night and didn't know the cut off date was tomorrow so didn't leave it. I am now faced with an 80 mile return trip either now or tomorrow to submit or I lose it - it has to be a signed expenses form no alternative ie email is accepted. It will cost around 2hours of my time and £7 in petrol so I guess it is worth it but how frustrating!!!!!!!!!!! :mad:Debtfree JUNE 2008 - Thank you MSE:T0 -
Spent £3 for Dietbusters in work( I owed for 3 weeks)
Have got to get the car to the garage so will need bus fare back from there, and then I dread to think what the bill's going to be!
So definitely NOT a spendfree day here, maybe tomorrow...
UPDATED TO ADD....
car cost £93 which wasn't quite as bad as I thought as I had been warned the part could cost £150 alone....0 -

Can you fax it? that would have a signature on it. They could fax the blank form to you, or email it, you can fill it in and fax it back. DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j
