Do I get EMA and child benefit?? have I cocked up??

Hi. Any advice appreciated. Son started College last September and gets £30 EMA weekly. I've looked on my bank statements and we still get child benefit for him!! Am I on my way to prison?? Sorry, don't mean to be flip!

You stil lget child benefit and tax credits up to age 20 if in full time further education (not higher) - CB and TC should have written to you.Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.0

You're fine - you can carry on getting child tax credit as well.0
