Free websites/hosting?

Hi guys,

I'm looking at starting a new website, very basic. Wondering is there a list of good potential websites for doing this or somewhere I could download legal free templates for the likes of Frontpage?

Any advice would be appreciated,

You could even create a free blog @ wordpress.com and customise it using the themes link posted above.
