Claiming CC charges after judgment against you

Does anyone have any knowledge/experience about claiming back charges on a credit card account after a CCJ has been obtained by the card company plus a charging order on the house? I suspect there is nothing that can be done to avoid the charging order ( so payment in full has to be made on a sale) but is this any reason why you still cannot claim the charges back?

Claiming the charges back should help you in a good way, it can help you pay off the card account to some extent, which may help with the charging order.
I may be wrong, but if they offer you an amount this shows the debt to be in dispute so you may be able to get the charging order stopped for a while. x
