    In the most reliable index, according to those who said a year ago or more the Haliwide was of insufficient coverage, prices ARE still going down;

    Very True, LR for England and Wales is in my opinion the most reliable index.
    It will be interesting to see their results next month, given they lag the Nationwide and Halifax indexes ;)
