Hi
I recently applied for a list of my charges on my Sky Card credit card as I was hoping to reclaim them back.
However Sky Card have written back saying they beleive their charges are fair and I accepted them when I signed my contract.
What do I do now?
Thanks

oh, that is fantabulosa. Have a read of OFT842 especially paragraph 1.14. Might be worth adding a line in to state that to prevent additional legal costs to Sky Card that you will be happy to end this claim for x amount and that should they send a final response claiming that their charges are fair, then you will let a court decide if they are.0 -
they still have to give you a list of charges or an account statement, wether they think their charges are fair or not x2012 Wins - Danepak Fridge Magnet, £20 Just Eat Voucher, iTunes Song Download, Yellow Toaster and Kettle, Thorntons Bunny, 6 Months Gym Membership, £250 Multipower Products, 3 X Dalepak Vouchers, 10 minute sunbed session, Lucozade Sport, 2 X BMI Flights, Android Zeemote,0
