hi, the in laws have just received there 1st ebico bills for gas and electric.

they are both estimated, ive worked them out and the electric is to within £2 difference.
however the gas bill is estimated far out, i worked it out it should be £65, whereas the bills come in at £130.

she is going to ring today with the new readings, she also has an ft3 gas meter - should she tell ebico this, or will they already know?

do you multiply a unit on an ft3 meter by roughly 31 to work out the kwh, as thats what i did.

cheers

Yes to both of your questions. One metric unit is approx 11 kwh whereas an imperial unit is about 31kwh. Should be obvious from bill looking at units and kwh if ebico are aware that it's imperial.
