Hi
I recently wrote to my Sky Card Credit Card to reclaim a miss-sold PPI.
They have written back to say that Sky Card does not and has never sold PPI policies. They can therefore confirm that I do not hold this type of policy with Sky Card.
They do offer an assurance plan which is voluntary. They confirm however that I have never had this plan activiated on my account.
why not I have to ask, they didnt say.
I can't beleive Sky Card don't have a PPi policy. Are they stringing me along as it's with a different company but their not disclosing who so I don't bother writing to them?
Can I take it any further or do I have to accept?
Thanks

Failure is only someone elses judgement.
Without change there would be no butterflies.
If its important to you, you'll find a way - if not, you'll find an excuse ! ~ Easy to say when you take money out of the equation!
