How hard is it to get a Monument card

I know they are a sub prime lender. Has anyone with a default managed to get a card?
Not applied for anything in over 18 months, probably closer to 2 years. Thought there was no point with the default but if I could get a Monument card then that would help my purposes.
They sent me a mail offering 0% on BTs until Jan 2007 with a 2.5% handling fee. No mention of a cap.

On the application form it just says that you must be over 21 and not bankrupt. I am neither.

I don't want to waste my time if they don't accept people with defaults.

Thanks in advance for any replies.
